Music and space
Boiler Room, a global music platform, has built its identity through digital broadcasts and live events. As the brand expanded its cultural reach, there was an opportunity to test a physical retail presence in London and engage directly with its audience in a new way.

We created Boiler Room’s first ever physical pop-up space in Soho, London. The brief was to translate a digitally native brand into a tangible environment, creating a clear, immersive concept that could operate within a short timeframe while maintaining strong brand identity and commercial impact.

We developed a focused retail concept centred around visibility, immediacy and brand recognition, using Walkers Court, Soho, as a compact but high-impact setting. The design integrated core merchandise displays with moments of interaction, including the iconic Boiler Room neon signage and exclusive product drops. The space was carefully configured to support high footfall and short-term activation, balancing operational efficiency with a strong visual presence.

The pop-up successfully introduced Boiler Room into a physical retail context, creating a direct connection with its audience and amplifying its presence during a key shift in the companies expansion. The project demonstrates how a clear concept and efficient delivery can translate a digital brand into a high-performing physical experience within a constrained timeframe.
